Jeremy C. Green is an Attorney and Partner at Freeman | Lovell, PLLC. He brings 18+ years of diverse in-house and law firm experience handling business transactions, private equity investments, securities, tax law, and real estate matters to provide expert advice and oversight to venture capital and private equity firms, business start-ups and seasoned companies in a variety of areas. He currently focuses on assisting clients with private investment fund structuring (including real estate funds, private equity funds, venture funds, and hedge funds) and regulatory compliance. Jeremy holds a J.D. from the University of Arkansas and an LL.M. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
