Vishnuu G. is an Associate at K7 Tech Capital, an alternative investment firm that builds sustainable wealth for investors at the intersection of small multifamily real estate and high growth opportunities. He is interested in the applications of smart technology such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) to enable green sustainability transformation in the residential and industrial real estate sectors. He is also interested in IoT and IIoT cybersecurity for environments spanning the home, office, manufacturing, and energy. Vishnuu is a sophomore studying Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Cockrell School of Engineering, UT Austin and Real Estate at the McCombs School of Business, UT Austin.
